- Excellent product, great service, great price. I was at home recovering from Sepsis brought on by a UTI which affected my kidneys and lungs. I was on oxygen and was advised to purchase a pulse ox so I could tell what was going on with my lungs both at rest and during activity. The device was easy to use and very informative as my lungs healed. I am well now, but still use the pulse ox once in awhile to see how my oxygenation is doing. Regarding ratings above, I had no problems with my order and thus did not need to contact the service department, so quality of service question above is N/A. (Posted on 6/27/2019)
