This was the first time I have ordered from you and it was a very good experience. The pulse oximeter works great, is fast, small and accurate. The free thermometer doesn't beep at all - on start up or when it is finished. The display works but I don't trust it to give an accurate reading.

ClinicalGuard.com has had a few reports that the thermometers did not beep. However, we've come to find out that most all of them work and beep when completed, unless its defective. Sometimes the frequency of the beep is difficult to hear. 4 out of 5 reports of the thermometer not beeping has been because of the inability to hear the beep. If in fact you know that the thermometer is not beeping or working properly, please let us know we can replace the thermometer by sending you another one. Suggest that with your Pulse Oximeters you give a choice of which way the readout is legible. This for the elder of us who have trouble turning their hand around and getting their eyes in swivel gear!

As I am awaiting surgery on my heart,it is important to know how the oxygen levels are in my blood.With this in mind,I purchased a pulse oximeter which I find very helpful & portable too.
