The 50E is a rechargeable pulse oximeter that features next generation design built to last with powerful technology to accurately measure oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate through your finger. With a built in alarm, you never need to worry about your oxygen falling without realizing it. The 50E includes both auditory and visual alarms to alert the user if the oximeter falls outside of the set limits programmed by the user, as well as alerting the user if the unit's voltage is low or if the unit is not correctly placed for proper measurement. With the same size as a regular finger pulse oximeter, CMS 50E provides many features that are only available for expensive hand held unit. It is ideal for COPD monitoring, sleep study, home healthcare spot-checking, and medical professional daily practice. |

Order took much longer than expected. You did advise me that you did not have it in stock a couple of days after I ordered online. The directions supplied for installing the software was poor. I have a computer background, so I was able to finally get the oximeter to communicate with my computer. Now, all is working very well! The more I use the CMS50E Oximeter, the more I enjoy it and the more I am showing my friends & family how well it works. The onscreen realtime monitoring software empresses all who see! I have an MD Doctor family friend who seem very impressed at both the devices capability & price! All in all, I would purchase from you guys again!

I can now sleep much easier with the oximeter on my finger all night with the alarm set. i am not worried and next time my cpap isn't doing it's job, i will know sooner than the next sleep study.

i had called or emailed other companies online to ask for more information before i ordered, the usual response from many was, try it and see, or i don't know. or contact the manufacturer.

Clinical Guard answered all my questions before i ordered, and what surprised me is THEY called me after I ordered to see if I had received it and if i had any questions! wow. they made sure i knew who to call if I couldn't figure out how to set the alarm. The menu is so easy. only one button. hit the button to move on the menu, hold it down to select. to change the high low settings, look at the top of the menu and change high or low. then go to the number and hit the white button to increase or decrease the value according to your selection of high or low. i used it the night i received it. the USB cable it comes with does work on a computer. it looks like the same cable as a camera cable. wow!

i highly recommend this to anyone that needs oxygen monitored. i can move with it on too, i do not have to stay still, and the reading comes up pretty quick and within seconds is accurate. it is continuous reading, but the screen does go black but it is still working (in case of using alarm) and the alarm is loud! - I searched and searched the internet looking for a Finger Pulse Oximeter and found this model CMS50E to be the best rated and the best value at Clinical Guard. I was surprised how quickly they shipped it. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday. I love the little guy. The BRIGHT color display is very crisp and easy to read. It is very quick in sensing my pulse and O2 levels. Having PLS/ALS I need to make sure my O2 levels are in check. This little guy does the job quickly and efficiently . I can even do my own sleep study, to insure I am getting the correct amount of O2 while I sleep. It is so easy to download the data it collected during the night to my computer via USB connect. The software it comes with is easy to use and its great being able to create reports that I can email to my doctors. I do regret not getting the (Transmitter & Receiver or Bluetooth) as it would be more convenient to watch live data while moving about the house. All in all I am very pleased with ClincalGuard.
