The ClinicalGuard HL100 is a quiet, strong and travel-friendly ultrasonic nebulizer designed to provide quick respiratory relief at home or on the go. Using high speed ultrasonic nebulization along with state of the art palladium vibrating mesh technology, the HL100 nebulizer is virtually silent when in use, and is perfect for efficiently administering inhaler medication in a non-disruptive manner, with a particle size of 5 microns to ensure a quick absorption of medication. The device automatically shuts off when medication is not detected inside the medication chamber, avoiding unnecessary use of power when the device is using batteries. The Easy Clean setting makes it a breeze to maintenance the HL100 - simply add distilled water and let the device run until the medication chamber is empty. To complement its size, the HL100 includes a travel case, ensuring that you have access to a powerful portable nebulizer anywhere.

- I have been using this nebulizer for over a year and never had any problems. It's compact and easy to use. I have COPD and use Duoneb solution and this works great.. - Works real good for a Portable Nebuliaer. Only one problem is Battery life I find is about 2 or 3 days not the 4 listed. Get the AC Adapter if you get this unit, Also may want to add two plastic Medication Bottles to your case so that you can hold 3 extra set of batteries. Even if it was 4 days as listed I would want at least 2 spare batteries set in my case, nice compact system for SHTF. (Posted on 4/7/2018)

- Thank you guys for making something that doesn't look like someone on their Deathbed. This is definitely in the right direction I want to see a company come out with products for people that need to use nebulizers look more like a vaping pen so we don't have to look like old ladies on their Deathbed in a case that we had to use it in public (Posted on 10/23/2017)

- I really like the fact that this neblizer is portable and runs on regular double AA batteries. You can also purchase a cord to plug in. The only thing missing is a car adapter would be nice. Might be able to find one somewhere. Its a little touchy to get used to at first. This is the first one like this I have bought. I always wanted to get one like this and this is a really good price. I like the fact it doesnt use the hoses and its not loud. Im glad you can purchase the top if needed (Posted on 6/9/2017)

- This is the best product on the market with which to dispense Asthmanefrin or similar OTC or Rx products that require an aerosol type of delivery system. This one cleans by simple rinsing with distilled water and running a little through the unit for a minute or two. This product, unlike similar products sold by other companies, stands up and lasts for a long time. For those of you who miss Primatene Mist, this product, along with Asthmanefrin, is what will get you awfully close to the same relief. I recommend getting a couple of these units (if you don't have them already) and then buying the replacement heads as you need them. I am grateful to Clinical Guard for offering these products.
