The items arrived in perfect condition. I also bought the wireless kit and the hard case. For both of those, a more complete description would have helped. The unit is very reasonably priced and works exactly as advertised. Shipping was fast. USB cable, software and charger are all included in the price. - WOW! \"How informative did you find our product information to be?\" They only reason for the 4 stars versus the 5 stars is that they did not clearly rave how good the product is for the price. I think I'm going to go back and make it a 5 just in case it confuses any one. The product does everything it says it will. No having to read between the lines to find out what it does not do. Still thinking about buying the wireless option. Just because it is cool. ClinicalGuard is great. It was easy to place the order. The processing was super fast.
