- A question I asked before I bought the product was answered quickly and accurately. The product was exactly as advertized. The power converter casing that came with the device was badly broken during shipment, but because I needed to use the product right away, I taped up the casing and the conveerter worked ok. The instructions did not use very good English, but they were clear enough for me to easily follow them. (Posted on 6/27/2019)

- The products I ordered were effective and I am happy with what I chose in the end. I had to return the first thing I ordered as it was not suitable for the person who needed it - a bit more information on the website would have helped avoid this. When re-ordering, I spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative who helped me choose the most suitable product and also negotiated a higher discount.
