- The service has been great and shipping in very reasonable time. the ability to track the shipment is also a very nice bonus.My only regret is that the product line is narrow and some of the products don't have the optional or additional accessories on the site. - I am very pleased with my ultrasonic nebulizer. I was using the compressor type of nebulizer for six months prior to this purchase. It was very heavy and noisy. It was impossible to carry it with me when I travelled. This machine is lightweight, easy to use and portable. It comes with a travel bag that I take with me when I'm away from the house. I use it three or four times a day so sometimes have to take it when I leave. I did have difficulty with the instruction manual being a little incomplete covering parts and their instructions. But, calling customer service was quick and efficient and they were able to handle my questions. I would highly recommend this device to anyone who has COPD or upper respiratory problems.
