The web site was great. It explained the product and had great pics of the product. My son was at the beach with a friend and he fell asleep using his nebulizer. It ended up getting too hot and melted the inside. I had to order and overnight a new one to him. Because the billing name and address did not match the shipping name and address, customer service called and emailed to verify the order. I appreciated that with all the id theft now a days. CS was very nice!

- Great. Love the product and ease...no noise at all. Weird to have something so portable. My son is about to take it camping and I wont be there in case of an emergency so I feel comfortable now because he has something he doesnt have to plug in.
