all i can say is OMG! i ordered the Model: CMS-50E oximeter with alarm.

my home health agency says it is a great product at a great price. I love it!

I can now sleep much easier with the oximeter on my finger all night with the alarm set. i am not worried and next time my cpap isn't doing it's job, i will know sooner than the next sleep study.

i had called or emailed other companies online to ask for more information before i ordered, the usual response from many was, try it and see, or i don't know. or contact the manufacturer.

Clinical Guard answered all my questions before i ordered, and what surprised me is THEY called me after I ordered to see if I had received it and if i had any questions! wow. they made sure i knew who to call if I couldn't figure out how to set the alarm. The menu is so easy. only one button. hit the button to move on the menu, hold it down to select. to change the high low settings, look at the top of the menu and change high or low. then go to the number and hit the white button to increase or decrease the value according to your selection of high or low. i used it the night i received it. the USB cable it comes with does work on a computer. it looks like the same cable as a camera cable. wow!

i highly recommend this to anyone that needs oxygen monitored. i can move with it on too, i do not have to stay still, and the reading comes up pretty quick and within seconds is accurate. it is continuous reading, but the screen does go black but it is still working (in case of using alarm) and the alarm is loud!
