Hi, Well so far we are really not sure if it is accurate. I have a ear thermometer, and a mouth thermometer and your product just doesn't seem right to me. It may be that it needs adjusting or just not to familiar with it yet. I will keep trying but when I do figure it out it is wonderful so I will not have to touch all these sick kids here at school!!
