Overall, I have had very good experience with clinicalguard.com and this was my second order. Ordered a 35" which serves the purpose intended. I have high level of sleep apnea with no apparent effects. This device confirms that and is now regularly used to confirm treatments are effective. Funds well spent. Further, I am a forensic investigator, a registered electrical engineer, and a marine & aircraft pilot. I know and appreciate good instrumentation. In that light, I am well satisfied."
