CMS-50E OLED Rechargeable Fingertip Pulse Oximeter

The CMS50E arrived very quickly, and worked on the finger, but unfortunately the software could not communicate with the device and I was unable to transfer measurements to the computer. I was very disappointed, and ready to return it. However, when I contacted Customer Service, they responded very quickly, and courteously and eventually diagnosed that I had the wrong software for my device. They were able to get the correct software to me, and it works fine. They turned a bad experience into one of appreciation. My only remaining concern is not being able to transfer the measurements to a conventional file format for offline analysis.
