A question I asked before I bought the product was answered quickly and accurately. The product was exactly as advertized. The power converter casing that came with the device was badly broken during shipment, but because I needed to use the product right away, I taped up the casing and the conveerter worked ok. The instructions did not use very good English, but they were clear enough for me to easily follow them.
