In total, my experience with Portable - Nebs was positive. The SpO2 monitor works great, and does a lot for the money. For some reason, my order was in the \"pending\" category for a week, however, the issue was addressed within one hour after emailing your office. Within 3 hours after correspondence, my order was at the post office, and received in two days. Your response to my order issue was quick, and that is commendable and is what really counts.
