The shipment of my item was delayed; however, i was informed about the delay by a phonr call from customer services & offered the option to cancel my order. The price and quality of the item were as expected. The doppler works, i began using it at the end of the first trimester and was able to detect a heartbeat with my first use. I have and would recommend ordering from this site to a friend. Very good customer service!
