Really impressed with competitive pricing and speed of delivery. But it is only when a problem arises that you discover the true metal of of a company, particularly in the world of internet buying when there is no face to face contact. In my case the oximeter charger proved faulty on receipt. An e-mail to ClinicalGuard was very sympathetically responded to within 20 minutes and a replacement arrived two days later. Inevitably problems will arise occasionally, but I have to say I was impressed with such excellent customer care and the personal touch ensured I felt a valued buyer. Top marks to the ClinicalGuard team and a great quality oximeter. Would I purchase again? , recommend seller? ..... without hesitation!
