I bought this nebulizer after 3 of the Asthmanefrin units failed within a month or so. This one fits the bottom part of the Asthmanefrin unit perfectly - there is no option to purchase the nebulizer separately from Asthmanefrin, and the unit is deplorably defective making it a very costly treatment option. This nebulizer is so far functioning as good as new after about 1 month of use, which far out performs the original. Already I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.
