I purchased the ClinicalGuard Portable Nebulizer for a trip and am extremely satisfied with it's performance. When in my hotel room, I used the electric cord. When out and about, like in church, I use it with the batteries. There is no sound to distract others around me. I use it in church and no one knows it is being used unless they look at me. They cannot hear anything. I wonder if they think that I am smoking a peace pipe with the usual mist rising when I exhale. Most people know that I have severe Asthma and do not stare or act uncomfortable when I cannot breathe. This is my saviour. Glad I purchased it the first week of June 2018 for my 18 to 24 June 2018 trip to France. Air France and Delta cleared it as my required medical equipment.
