I ordered a pulse ox unit from Clinicalguard.com. Firstly, they price was great! Lower than several other vendors. When I received the unit, the hard case that came with it, did not fit the unit well. I called, and without any questions, the customer service agent offered to send me another free of charge. Two days later, not only was I sent another hard case, but the soft case as well. This company does not compromise customer service at all. They are fully dedicated to your satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with my transaction.
