I am an RN working in an Assisted Living Facility. We have 30 residents who need a high level of care due various types of dementia. Our facility is a non-medical estabolishment and our employees are aids and techs who have very limited medical knowledge. Our residents range in age from 75 years to 102 years, & they often cannot communicate how they are feeling, or if they feel short of breath.

The O2 Sat monitor that I purchased from your company was put to good use the very day it arrived. One gentleman awakened from a nap very aggitated and swinging at staff and family. The med. tech was ready to medicate him with a seditive medication when I arrived with the O2 Sat monitor. I could easily demonstrate that his O2 Sat was 80%, quickly give oxigen and show the staff his Sat climb to 99% and his mental status return to his normal oriented and cooperative self.

The product is easy to use and can save residents from being needlessly medicated. It gives me more information about a resident so I can better asses the residents' condition before calling the doctor. This small piece of information saved one lady a trip to the ER, and hours of time lying on gerney waiting to be seen. We were able to treat her anxiety attach at home, saving her the discomfort and cost of an ambulance ride to & from the hospital.

What more can I say? Other O2 Sat monitors that I have priced were in the hundreds of dollars, which our small unit could not afford. I was delighted to find a reliable product for under $75.00, so what I can say is a big Thank You from our residents, staff and myself. I look ford to doing business with you again.
