My initial purchase was a nebulizer. One part was broken, it leaked, and I was not happy with the battery as it only worked for one treatment. The broken mouthpiece was replaced as well as the O ring. I was told the battery was not guaranteed and would not be replaced. The new mouth piece and O ring arrived quickly. The mouthpiece is fine, but the o ring did not stop the leak. The nebulizer works (but not with the battery) although I have to hold it with a towel as it still drips a little when I use it.

My second order was for medicine cups and filters for the nebulizer. I made a error when I placed the order, but clinic guard phoned to correct the error and the order was reshipped quite quickly.
