The oximeter I ordered arrived quickly, and is an amazing piece of technology, especially for the price. I have not used the logging feature yet, but when I showed it to a therapist friend who uses an oximeter daily for work, she immediately took down the information to buy her own. My oximeter gave comparable readings to her much more expensive and less attractive one when we compared them.

I dinged ClinicalGuard a bit on the customer support and product information scores because I had a very hard time getting information on proper fit. I was looking for an oximeter that an 8 year old could use, as well as an adult. Some descriptions (and the CS reps I corresponded with) talked about \"child size\" and \"adult size\" without defining where the overlap is, or what the limits are. It would be helpful for me (and at least one other person whose question I saw posted but not answered) if the descriptions included recommended fingertip circumferences (smallest and largest) for each oximeter to provide a good, reliable reading.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase even though I was frustrated by the sizing issue when trying to order.
