I love it but there is one thing i have trouble with. Taking and putting on the charger piece. Its hard to pull off.

This order is referring to OctiveTech Ultrasonic Nebulizer. Please make certain to press the plastic clasp that releases the lock from the nebulizer. Then pull that side down and either wiggle it out or pull the other side down to remove the battery. We do apologize if you are having trouble with the battery pack but its rather secure so it will not fall off or become detached from the nebulizer.
