This is the best product on the market with which to dispense Asthmanefrin or similar OTC or Rx products that require an aerosol type of delivery system. This one cleans by simple rinsing with distilled water and running a little through the unit for a minute or two. This product, unlike similar products sold by other companies, stands up and lasts for a long time. For those of you who miss Primatene Mist, this product, along with Asthmanefrin, is what will get you awfully close to the same relief. I recommend getting a couple of these units (if you don't have them already) and then buying the replacement heads as you need them. I am grateful to Clinical Guard for offering these products.
