I've owned the CMS50E I ordered for about 3 weeks now, and I'm pretty impressed with the unit. I was drawn to purchasing a home SP02 Pulse device after it was one of the devices in the MD's office which was the first to indicate the possible presence of pulmonary embolisms (low spO2 %) - I was rushed to the hospital, and a CT scan confirmed the embolisms. I'm better now :), and use the CMS50E to capture sample SP02 data when exercising and at rest. The ability of this unit to capture and upload the data to your PC is a great bonus, especially when getting a good reading of your absolute resting BPM and SPO2 % while sleeping- just let it record as you sleep, and examine the MIN BPM on the summary report using the included 'SPO2 Review' software
