The product was as described and all described components were included. I did not speak with the customer service agents but the updates received by email were very informative. The standard shipping was very rapid and the product was well packaged. I would not hesitate to order from Clinical Guard in the future, based on this first-time experience.

The only problem with the product purchased (35" OLED Fingertip Pulse Oximeter "35") is that the sole button to control all the various functions on the pulse oximeter continually sticks! This makes it virtually impossible to operate normally and causes a lot of aggravation. It seems to be a design flaw and not a problem particular to this unit. Aside from this (major) problem, the product is great. I am torn between giving up on this otherwise excellently designed and useful model or bearing with and getting used to the flaw in order to keep the other options. Anyway, thanks Clinical Guard for the nice job over all!"
