Free shipping with no sale tax made it a lot better. Shipping was fast with the product arrived in reasonable time and in good condition. Site was easy to navigate. The product performs as expected and described. An enquiry was sent regarding the carrying bag mentioned in the user manual. A quick response from ClinicalGuard.com explained it was not included in as described on their website which I have overlooked. Would have been nice to inlcude that for general use and protection of the product. Good to find they follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall experience with this purchase and product is excellent. Will definitely buy again from ClinicalGuard.com.
