We bought here because of the clean, informative web site and the price. We are very pleased with the CMS50E Oximeter. It works great, has a beautiful bright colorful display and the hardware appears to be well designed. I haven't used the software yet. I used the free delivary and received the unit very quickly. I am very satisfied and won't hesitate to recommend Clinical Guard to my friends.
