The products I ordered were effective and I am happy with what I chose in the end. I had to return the first thing I ordered as it was not suitable for the person who needed it - a bit more information on the website would have helped avoid this. When re-ordering, I spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative who helped me choose the most suitable product and also negotiated a higher discount.
