After researching Pulse Oximeters, I decided to buy the 35". There were a number of vendors, but ClinicalGuard appeared to have a special relationship with CMS. The prices were quite reasonable and the information on the Website instilled confidence. I found no negative reviews or comments after searching for a while, unlike for some of the other vendors. The items arrived in perfect condition. I also bought the wireless kit and the hard case. For both of those, a more complete description would have helped. If I were ordering again, I would pass on the wireless and the hard case."
