The oximeter I ordered arrived quickly, and is an amazing piece of technology, especially for the price. I have not used the logging feature yet, but when I showed it to a therapist friend who uses an oximeter daily for work, she immediately took down the information to buy her own. My oximeter gave comparable readings to her much more expensive and less attractive one when we compared them.

I dinged ClinicalGuard a bit on the customer support and product information scores because I had a very hard time getting information on proper fit. I was looking for an oximeter that an 8 year old could use, as well as an adult. Some descriptions (and the CS reps I corresponded with) talked about \"child size\" and \"adult size\" without defining where the overlap is, or what the limits are. It would be helpful for me (and at least one other person whose question I saw posted but not answered) if the descriptions included recommended fingertip circumferences (smallest and largest) for each oximeter to provide a good, reliable reading.

- I found this Pulse Oximeter Clinical Guard much cheaper than on other websites - the product was almost identical! On top of this it came with a free case and thermometer!! The description of the item was very detailed, allowing me to ensure I was purchasing the correct equipment for my needs. The item works superbly and I am able to use it with great accuracy on my patients in a Primary Care setting. Overall I am a very satisfied customer! (Posted on 6/27/2019)

- The pulse-oxymeter was exactly as advertised. Service was very friendly and helpful, and the item shipped quickly. However, the first free digital thermometer was faulty, as was the second, and your service folks assured me they would send as many as necessary to get me an accurate one. The third gave a reading that was (at least) close to my old-fashioned mercury thermometer. But you can't be making much money (or winning friends) by supplying inaccurate medical devices, even though free. (Posted on 6/27/2019)
