- I ordered a pulse ox unit from Clinicalguard.com. Firstly, they price was great! Lower than several other vendors. When I received the unit, the hard case that came with it, did not fit the unit well. I called, and without any questions, the customer service agent offered to send me another free of charge. Two days later, not only was I sent another hard case, but the soft case as well. This company does not compromise customer service at all. They are fully dedicated to your satisfaction. - I purchased the CMS-50E because the sleep center doctors had told my wife she needed a CPAP machine or oxygen at night. But from 61 years with her I was skeptical and wanted to check myself. It does exactly what we wanted: It measures and records all night on a single charge. The manual (request link to online version) is weak but most of it is intuitive and can be worked thru. Easy to set up for recording. Software supplied is great. Took me some trial and error to get the data uploaded. Excellent analysis of data in several different reports. (Posted on 10/23/2018)
