- My family is very happy with the quality of this product. Not only is my wife able to use the sat monitor in her clinical practice as an ICU RN, but we are able to monitor our son's sats quickly and easily. - The CMS 50 E is a marvel of miniature technology. I worked right out of the box. It's so simple to use it surprized me. Press the one button and it turns on. Clip it onto your index finger and it starts to display your pulse rate, pulse waveform and SPO2. I purchased the wireless sending and receiving units. They worked very well also, but I don't think they are necessary unless you want to monitor someone else in real time. Otherwise the record feature works beautifully. The software loaded on my computer without problems. Even the CD with the software is tiny. There are two simple programs. One with the red heart icon receives live data either through the USB cable or the wireless sender. The other program with the green heart icon serves two functions. First, it loads and displays data from the other program. Second it receives data stored within the memory of the CMS 50 E. The second program provides several standard reports and graphs which can be sent to your printer. Clinical Guard proccessed and shipped my order very quickly. I cannot be more impressed than I am with the quality of this product or the level of service by Clinical Guard. Bravo!!! (Posted on 6/27/2019)

I am so happy I found Clinical Guard, the pulse oximeter I perched was every thing I was looking for and about 60% less than other medical supply sites. There customer service was very willing and eager to send a new hard case, when the first one was to small for my unit. I will be using Clinical Guard for all of my future purchase of medical products.

- Saw the oximeter on the internet, after looking for the same site that i had bought some previous equiptment from, again checked the list of oximeter prices and found that i could actually purchase at a good price, so used the debit card, and waited for it to arrive, now this was over the christmas holiday and a postal strike was in force i had expected delays, but only took 11 days to arrive, but this item was much better quality than my previous buy, and better packaged, one feature that i particularly liked was the fact that it was covered in a soft plastic cover, that would prevent any damage when carried in my pocket, along with other things, the display is brighter and easy to read,considering the price i paid i would rate the item very highly, if i need to i shall return to clinicalguard to buy any equiptment in future, i have already advised a friend who suffers with breathing problems, of the good service that i had. many thanks clinicalguard, keep up the good work. The product was as described and all described components were included. I did not speak with the customer service agents but the updates received by email were very informative. The standard shipping was very rapid and the product was well packaged. I would not hesitate to order from Clinical Guard in the future, based on this first-time experience.

The only problem with the product purchased (35" OLED Fingertip Pulse Oximeter "35") is that the sole button to control all the various functions on the pulse oximeter continually sticks! This makes it virtually impossible to operate normally and causes a lot of aggravation. It seems to be a design flaw and not a problem particular to this unit. Aside from this (major) problem, the product is great. I am torn between giving up on this otherwise excellently designed and useful model or bearing with and getting used to the flaw in order to keep the other options.
