- The CMS50E arrived very quickly, and worked on the finger, but unfortunately the software could not communicate with the device and I was unable to transfer measurements to the computer. I was very disappointed, and ready to return it. However, when I contacted Customer Service, they responded very quickly, and courteously and eventually diagnosed that I had the wrong software for my device. They were able to get the correct software to me, and it works fine. They turned a bad experience into one of appreciation. My only remaining concern is not being able to transfer the measurements to a conventional file format for offline analysis. (Posted on 6/27/2019)

- Overall, I have had very good experience with clinicalguard.com and this was my second order. Ordered a 35" which serves the purpose intended. I have high level of sleep apnea with no apparent effects. This device confirms that and is now regularly used to confirm treatments are effective. Funds well spent. Further, I am a forensic investigator, a registered electrical engineer, and a marine & aircraft pilot. I know and appreciate good instrumentation. In that light, I am well satisfied." - Overall we are very satisfied with the response we received in getting our items shipped, the quality of the items received and the literature suporting the use. Our main purpose in making the purchase was a nephew with severe asthma and the desire to better monitor his oxygen levels. We have distributed the items purchased and have a geater sence of comfort that he is being monitored propperly. I found your company through internet search and will reccomend it to others.
